On March 23, the Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Dongguan Municipal People's Congress and the head of the Municipal Committee of the Dongguan Municipal Committee of the PRC, Zhou Chu Liang, together with the members of the Municipal Committee of the PRC visited Shingi Electronics of Shin Tech group.
